Recipe: Truffle Carbonara



  • Oil
  • garlic
  • onions
  • 500g Bacon
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Big can evaporated milk
  • 1 pack Nestle Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water or chicken stock
  • quick melt cheese
  • 2tbsp Truffle oil
  • pepper
  • 500g cooked spaghetti
  1. Simmer bacon in water until dry.  Add a little oil then sauté garlic and onion.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms
  3. add milk, cream, soup and water.  Simmer.  Add cheese and pepper to taste
  4. Add truffle oil then stir.  Turn off heat and add spaghetti

*You can top crispy bacon bits for additional texture
