Recipe: Aligue(Crab Fat) Pasta w/ Grilled Shrimp



  • 1 Big bottle of Aligue (Crab Fat)
  • 1/2 kilo cooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 kilo Grilled shrimp
  • 3 pcs calamansi juice
  • chopped garlic
  • parmesan cheese
  1. Saute olive oil, garlic and aligue
  2. Add calamansi juice and the let boil
  3. Add spaghetti noodles then remove from heat
  4. Plate pasta and top with shrimp and parmesan cheese
